Biography: 

Wei-Jia Li received his Ph.D from Beijing Normal University in 2014. He studied at MIT and Harvard university as a visiting student during 2012-2014. He was a postdoctoral fellow working with Prof. Elias Kiritsis at University of Crete in Greece before joining the School of Physics, Dalian University of Technology as an associate professor in 2016. 

Research Interests: 

Wei-Jia Li has been interested in gravitation, quantum field theory as well as gauge/gravity duality. In recent years, he interests focus on understanding universal dynamics of exotic quantum matter with strong corrections via a interdisciplinary approach based on hydrodynamcs, effective field theory, gauge/gravity duality, etc.
