个人简介Personal Profile
刘东平,教授、博士生导师。“兴辽英才计划”百千万人才工程领军人才、辽宁省十百千高端引进人才、辽宁省“百千万”人才工程百人层次人才,国家科技专家库在库专家。刘东平教授长期从事电工理论与新技术研究、特种高压电源设计开发及等离子体生物医学研究,主持参加国家科技部ITER人才项目、重大国际合作项目、国家重点研发项目等3项,主持国家自然科学基金5项,并完成多项企事业合作项目,部分项目已实现产业化。以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文200余篇,国内外学术会议邀请报告50次,以第一发明人获授权发明专利30项,其中5项专利技术成果实现转化。曾获德国代根多夫城市高校奖,且以第一完成人荣获省、市科技进步奖3项,应邀为Nature、J. Phys. D: Appl. Phys.、J. Appl. Phys.、Phys. Plasma等30个SCI杂志审稿人。

4.大气压高密度微等离子体离化波传输过程及微等离子体列阵的实验设计,国家自然科学基金面上项目,主持人;
5.利用时间与空间分辨光谱技术研究低温等离子体的杀菌作用,国家自然科学基金面上项目,主持人。
