Dr. Xianneng Li is the Professor of Management Science at the School of Economics and Management, Dalian University of Technology (DUT), China. Before coming to DUT, he was on the faculty at the Waseda University, Japan, and a Postdoc Research Fellow of Japan Society for the Promotion of Science. He holds a PhD and M.E. in Information, Production and Systems from Waseda University, Japan, and B.E. in Software Engineering from Nanjing University, China. He severs several positions in DUT, including the Associate Dean in School of Economics and Management, Executive Dean in Institute for Advanced Intelligence, and Director in Institute of Systems Engineering. He also serves as the directors of two Research institutions, Big Data Legal Supervision Joint Research Center (with Dalian People's Procuratorate) and AI+Digital Marketing Joint Laboratory (with PLUS Group, 02486.HK). His research area is in the domain of "Big Data Management and Decision-Making". He is a Researcher, where over 70 academic papers have been published in the well-known journals/conferences of Management and Artificial Intelligence. He is a Practitioner, who has received more than 30 Research Grants and provided Digital Transformation consulting and fully practical solutions for more than 30 organizations, covering large state-owned enterprises, listed companies, and government departments. He is an Educator, who established and leads the Bachelor and PhD degree program in Big Data Management in DUT. He is a Servant, serving the Editorial Board Member of Applied Soft Computing Journal, Program Committee Member of ACM GECCO, IEEE WCCI、CEC、SMC、CAI, etc.
