Xiaohua Liu, a professor and Ph.D. supervisor of the School of Energy and Power Engineering, Dalian University of Technology. Prof. Liu is the recipient of the "Hundred-Thousand-Ten Thousand Project" (Thousand Talents Level) and Outstanding Young Backbone Teacher in Liaoning Province. She has presided over more than 60 scientific research projects, published more than 110 papers, obtained many software copyrights and patents, and published one textbook. Furthermore, she won the first prize in the 2010 National Energy Science and Technology Progress Award, the third prize in the 2010 China Petrochemical Association Science and Technology Progress Award, and the second prize in the Dalian Science and Technology Award.
