导师个人简历:


(一)教育及工作经历
1989年本科毕业于开云平台首页 工程力学系,1995年6月获工学博士学位,同年进入开云平台首页 土木与水利博士后流动站做博士后。1997年至今,在开云平台首页 运载工程与力学学部工程力学系先后任副教授、教授,工程力学及动力学与控制专业博士生导师。
 其中:
1999年2月-1999年5月,新加坡南洋理工大学机械工程与制造学院Tan Chin Tuan 交换学者。
2001年7月-2003年2月,美国南伊利诺依大学爱德华兹校区机械工程系访问教授。
2004年12月-2005年1月、2010年10月、2012年2月,俄罗斯国立莫斯科大学力学研究所访问学者。
2006年5月至今,辽宁省重大装备协同创新中心沈鼓研究院研究员,获聘兼任沈鼓集团研究院副总工程师。

      此外,任中国力学学会计算力学委员会委员(第5届)及特邀委员(第6、7届),学术期刊Journal of Applied Nonlinear Dynamics副主编(Associate Editor)及《风机技术》杂志编委。

(二)研究方向

     主要研究方向为计算动力学与非线性振动、流体机械可靠性与破坏失效机理、轴承-转子系统动力学分析、基于多物理场分析的优化设计。先后承担国家自然科学基金面上项目5项、国家自然科学基金重点项目2项、国家重大科技专项1项、重点研发项目2项,“973”项目课题4项及多项省级科研项目。此外,承担沈阳鼓风机集团等单位横向课题60余项。

     在高端装备力学分析与可靠性设计方面,主要成果为:(i)通过数值仿真和实验方法,研究大型动力装备在压力、热冲击、地震作用下的承压边界强度、刚度、抗震和耐热性能,确保重大装备的结构可靠性。(ii)通过半解析法、摄动法和数值方法,研究大型流体机械在多物理场作用下的动力特性、振动响应和稳定性,确保装置的安全运行。(iii)通过动力学建模和仿真,研究能源装备流固激振发生机理,提高装备抗疲劳、断裂能力。上述成果应用于石化、化工、能源领域压缩机、泵的多项中国首台(套)产品,发表在Nonlinear Dynamics, Journal of Sound and Vibration等专业代表性期刊,并连续入选全国第四次及第五次力学学科评估“社会服务典型案例”。

(三)个人荣誉

  •   辽宁省优秀青年骨干教师,入选辽宁省新世纪百千万人才工程(千人层次),大连市高端人才。

  •   教育部科技进步奖三等奖(1999年,第三完成人);

  •   辽宁省科技进步一等奖(2017年,第四完成人,本单位第一完成人)、二等奖(2021年);

  •   中国机械工业科学技术奖特等奖(2015年)及三等奖(2008年,第一完成人);
