International exchange and cooperation among universities is not only an inevitable choice in line with the trend of development of the times, but also has extremely far-reaching social significance. Only through further and higher-level opening up can we usher in more opportunities, tackle new challenges, and establish a new pattern of high-quality development of higher education.

In 2017, DUT launched the “Schoolfellow Friendship” Initiative between well-known Chinese and overseas universities, playing an active role in starting a new vision of cooperation between Chinese and overseas universities. Meanwhile, DUT promoted the model of “short-term visit for understanding before long-term exchange for study”. Facing the pandemic, DUT has proposed the normalization of online international exchange mode and achieved expected good outcomes.

In the future, DUT looks forward to holding both online and offline exchange activities with sufficient opportunity, solid guarantee, and abundant platforms for Chinese and overseas teachers and students. We sincerely welcome outstanding students from all over the world and friends from all walks of life at home and abroad to join DUT to create a more brilliant future together.
