Lingshui Campus has student apartments in Xishan Living Quarter, Beishan Living Quarter, Boliu Living Quarter, Donghui Building, Xihui Building, Zhuanzhao Building, and Dorm 12 of Nanshan Living Quarter. Guided by the principle that attitude and details matter in management and services, the Student Apartment Service Center of DUT Logistics Office is committed to offering people-centered sincere services, improving service quality and enhancing success in student cultivation. In recent years, the Student Apartment Service Center has launched special activities for cultural development of student community such as a 24-hour study lounge, theme hallways, a CPC history-themed puzzle-solving escape room, one-stop life services, and a planting base. By holding these activities, the Student Apartment Service Center strives to build student apartments into the hub of cultural and labor education, to create a comfortable, safe and harmonious community environment for students, and to help speed up DUT's pace in building itself into a first-class university and developing first-class disciplines.
